Our team is building out a 20,000-square-foot vacant warehouse into a showroom and high-pile storage facility for an HVAC distributor. The scope covered design, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work, along with a commercial storefront, a fire sprinkler system, and all interior finishes.
